This is a brand new, in-the-box W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Co. Blue G10 Seahorse Whittler pocket knife. The Case blue g10 series is a line of pocket knives that embraces durability and outstanding looks. This knife is 4″ closed in length. Its pattern number is 10355WH SS. It has a blue smooth g10 handle† ‡ – providing a sturdy grip and bright blue tone to convey dependability and handwork. The blade is satin finished Tru-Sharp™ surgical stainless steel, which is a special high-carbon steel that helps the blades hold an edge longer than conventional steel; it also offers extraordinary blade strength and corrosion resistance. There are 3 blades on the knife: a Wharncliffe, a pen, & a coping blade. The Wharncliffe blade makes for an excellent general purpose utility knife; from handymen requiring a quick and easy go to tool on the job to office staff opening up boxes, the Wharncliffe blade is the blade of choice. The blade is great for cutting and has a finer edge/point for increased control. The pen blade is great for small detailed uses, especially for everyday use such as opening envelopes & boxes. The coping blade is similar to a sheepsfoot blade but with an angled point; it is used for making cuts in tight areas or curved cuts. The blade is popular with carpenters & electricians as it is similar to a coping saw but without the teeth and can be used to scratch lines in wood or other material.

The knife is a slip joint, has thumbnail pulls, has a nickel silver Case XX badge inlay shield, has a Case production tang stamp, has nickel silver pins & liners, and has brushed nickel silver bolsters. It is made in the USA by Case. This knife is not just top quality, it is made in America by a company who has been around for over a hundred years, making top quality cutlery. Plus, this knife is a great frame to collect and a great pocket-friendly EDC – you can’t make a mistake with this knife!
